Our specialty, skirt steak.We get our meat from three different sources.It takes two days to prepare.The flavor of the skirt steak is doubled by marinating it in kelp.We use rock salt from France, and the way we grill the meat varies depending on the part of the meat.

The chewy fresh pasta is also recommended.
